1. All Ticket Sales Are Final
All ticket sales for events, parties, music events, festivals, and any Gus Presents–hosted or Gus Presents–affiliated experiences are final and non-refundable.
Once a ticket has been purchased, no refunds, exchanges, credits, or transfers will be issued, regardless of circumstance, including but not limited to:

Artist lineup changes

Event time or venue modifications
Tickets are considered a revocable license to attend an event and are not redeemable for cash under any circumstances.
2. Event Changes, Postponements, or Cancellations
Gus Presents reserves the right to make changes to event details, including date, time, venue, performers, or programming. Such changes do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
In the rare event that an event is fully canceled and not rescheduled, Gus Presents may, at its sole discretion, provide ticket holders with information regarding potential credits or future event access. Any such accommodation is not guaranteed and does not establish an obligation for future events.
3. Lost, Stolen, or Unused Tickets
Gus Presents is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unused tickets. Failure to attend an event for any reason does not qualify for a refund or credit.
4. Merchandise Sales
From time to time, Gus Presents may offer merchandise for sale, including but not limited to apparel, accessories, or promotional items.

All merchandise sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for size preference, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.

In the event that a merchandise item arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof of damage to be considered for a replacement at our discretion.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase on guspresents.com, you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute for any reason covered under this policy. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in denial of future purchases and access to Gus Presents events.
6. Fraud Prevention
Gus Presents reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or revoke tickets if fraud, abuse, or violation of our terms is suspected.
